Last week, Sen. Fetterman announced his first slate of cosponsorships, which include the Better Care Better Jobs Act, the Assault Weapons Ban, the Federal Adjustment of Income Rates (FAIR) Act, and the Washington, D.C. Admission Act. These bills focus on issues that Sen. Fetterman campaigned on, including expanded access to healthcare, commonsense gun reform, better wages, and DC statehood.
Fetterman also was assigned to the powerful U.S. Senate Committees on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry; Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs; and Environment & Public Works. He will also serve on the critical Joint Economic Committee and the Special Committee on Aging.
