Not this Democrat.

@AFGENational, now @Teamsters—I back the unions and always have.

Democrats have lost America's workers.

Teamsters Pres Sean O'Brien--flanked by VP Vance and Transport Sec Duffy, and backed by 1.4 million Teamsters--demanding that Dems end the shutdown by signing the CR. This after government workers union (800,000 strong) demanded the same.

End this chaos.

As a committed Democrat, I’m dismayed my party is playing chicken with the food security of 42M Americans.

I reject a political gamble that exposes a vulnerable constituency to widespread deprivation and chaos.
